In my last blog post I included a few photos that were taken down at our local FD for a dear friend who's boys are just as into the fire/ems lifestyle as my husband. We were able to do a very special photo shoot with those boys as a way to say thank you for all my friend has done for our family.
This week I am posting about another very special shoot down at the fire department. This family is very dear to us and I can't express how touching it was to do this for them. Their father/stepfather is currently fighting fire overseas while his wonderful fiance is over here holding down the fort. I don't know how they do it, but they do it without complaining, whining, or expecting anything from anyone. (I can't even get through a day at work without at least one of those, lol). They are strong, fun, and amazingly caring people and it was a pleasure working with Mom to do this surprise photo shoot of the kids in Dad's gear!
